Oh I've been wanting to see this! My favorite CHinese food are soup dumplings because even though they burn my mouth, I can't eat them fast enough.

I loved a dish called "Chicken stew on lotus leaf with chinese herbs" that I've eaten in Beijing. It produces the most fantastic stew flavors from the chicken being steamed on a lotus leaf for ~25 min. I couldn't pinpoint what were the herbs used but it was good stuff!
