How to Fold Soup Dumplings (pomegranate fold)

1. Place a dumpling wrapper on a work surface and then place the filling in the center of the wrapper.

 

2. Use your fingers to make a series of small pleats around the edge of the wrapper so that the pleats start to come together at the dumpling's top.

 

3. Keep making the pleats until all the pleats come together at the dumpling’s top.

3. Twist the pleats shut to seal the dumpling.
