I ran out of these about 1 year ago and haven't found them. Just came back from Kunming and getting some of these peppercorns was top priority! Can't wait to try your recipes. I've also learned to cook from my Chinese friends. I said, "I'll buy the stuff, you cook it!" I then took notes. It was a good arrangement.
